Set on a gentle slope with a southwesterly orientation, the villa features four levels of interior space totaling over 500 square meters, complemented by two levels of exterior space. Attached seamlessly is a garden designed in accordance with the local tradition of olive cultivation, featuring ancient, centuries-old olive trees of the Istrian ‘Bjelica’ variety alongside approximately sixty young olive trees, which the owners tend to with heartfelt care and love.

From dawn, accompanied by the chirping of birds, to dusk, refreshed by the maestral sea breeze, enjoy everything the villa has to offer. The outdoor area spans 300 square meters, with a swimming pool boasting panoramic views of the sea, nearby islands, the Ubas peninsula, and the Kamenjak cape, occupying almost one third of the space.

Inside, the layout is divided into distinct zones: a relaxation and sleeping area on the first floor; the living room, kitchen, and outdoor kitchen on the ground floor; and an entertainment area in the basement, where you’ll find a gym and a mini wellness center. Together with the pool and an outdoor professional overflow jacuzzi, these amenities ensure a complete SPA experience.

Indulge in your favorite dish in the dining area within the living space or outdoors, and showcase your culinary skills in two professionally equipped kitchens.
