 Lead time varies based on the quantity and material of the ordered products and your distance from our production facilities in Croatia. It can be from 2 to 20 weeks. Production time of our products is available in the product description.

First, check if we have a local dealer at your market. If yes, the best thing to do is to get in contact with them and they will guide you through the procedure. If not, do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will lead you through the whole process, but don’t worry, it is very simple. We will take your order, send it to production, and will find a local service provider to install the product for you. All you need to do is relax and wait for your KORTA product to arrive.

We mostly use big porcelain slabs or natural marble. On some occasions we use HPL, but that depends on the market demand. All materials are resistant to outdoor conditions, however we advise to have the products protected with covers in the wintertime.

For the time being, we only work with the above mentioned three types of materials that provide you with a wide selection of different colors and textures.

Our company is in charge of production, however, we have our subcontractors who make the assembly of all our products.

We occasionally do receive special requests. They are processed by our in-house R&D team and if approved, may be subject to special terms and conditions.

An outdoor shower makes an ideal pool house cleanup and changing area. If you have a pool (or a hot tub), adding an outdoor shower can make the experience of getting in and out a bit easier. No more dripping water through the house when you can rinse, dry, and change in the comfort of a private outdoor shower.

We don’t provide a drain for our showers, that is something that your plumber should do. If you need advice on how to prepare it, ask our dealer or contact us directly.

Depending on which outdoor shower you choose, but it can be placed everywhere. However, we advise you to place it somewhere near the pool. Our showers are made more like a sculptures so we would recommend to place it somewhere where it will stand out as a unique piece of art.

 We provide covers for winter time. That is the best way how to give them an extra protection. To prevent frost damage, it is very important to empty any remaining water from the pipes in the shower before winter starts.
